Fusesport is a Global SaaS and CRM platform for managing sports events and teams such as Special Olympics. It offers features like registration, membership, competition management, and data analysis.
The Challenge
Fusesport sought to update its tech stack and completely redesign its platform so it can seamlessly support over 5 million users and effectively manage the intricate logistics of multi-sport events for the Special Olympics.
The Process
Design and Development
Collaborated closely with the Fuseport and Special Olympics team to discover requirements, prioritize epics and features for the platform.
In an iterative process I designed and tested prototypes in close exchange with the engineering team.
Developed an accessible design system for Web and App platforms, adhering to WCAG guidelines to ensure inclusivity.
The Outcome
The platform was used for Special Olympic events in Sweden, Berlin and the USA holding a database of millions of athletes, volunteers and coaches, and members and fans.
