Humm Group is a diversified financial services group providing finance products to consumers and businesses. During my tenure I worked closely with the product team to rapidly launch two digital leasing products to market (Smartway and Lisa.)

The Challenge

Design a seamless and intuitive user experience for two digital leasing products (Lisa and Smartway). This encompassed the development of an online application process and a user-friendly dealer portal. I also established a robust design system to ensure brand consistency and accelerate development.

The Process

Held product ideation workshops with key stakeholders
Designed research artefacts such as journey maps and storyboards
Created interactive prototypes and conducted usability and concept testing
Created hi-fidelity prototypes for product solutions and features
Worked within a two week sprint cycle alongside the engineering team
Collaborated with product owners, business analysts and engineers

The Outcome

Delivered a mobile experience for the two brands.
Established multi-brand design systems which enabled us to build once, duplicate, and customize to save a significant amount of design and development hours.
